At the capital’s hub for internally displaced persons, overseen by Members of Parliament and founders of the NGO “PVO” — Ruslan Horbenko, Serhiy Kozyr, and Maksym Tkachenko — a unique support program is now operating. Girls who were forced to leave their homes due to the war can receive free branded wedding dresses, as well as evening gowns for proms, special occasions, or important life milestones.
The initiative is meant to bring women a sense of celebration and beauty, even in the most difficult times. The organizers emphasize: despite the war, life goes on, and everyone deserves to feel special on their most important days. The hub is already open, and anyone interested can reach out for a consultation and dress selection.
