The Supreme Court has upheld the sentence of Ostap Stupka for a drunk driving accident.
The People’s Artist of Ukraine was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom and banned from driving for 8 years.
The accident occurred in November 2023. The appeal failed. The Supreme Court refused to review the verdict.
A title is not immunity. The road is not a stage.
