After Ukraine and Sweden signed a letter of intent regarding the possible delivery of modern Swedish JAS 39 Gripen fighter jets, the Swedish Embassy in Kyiv chose to respond with humor.
On its official Facebook page, the embassy posted a funny meme featuring a cat and the caption:
“Planes are flying.”
The photo quickly gained popularity among Ukrainian social media users and became a symbolic response to Sweden’s anticipated support.
