In the city of Olevsk, Zhytomyr region, animal volunteers have built more than 20 shelters for stray animals. Each one is marked with a sign reading “Point of Resilience.”
The shelters are being installed in different parts of the community to help animals survive the cold season and the difficult conditions of wartime. The initiative was carried out by local volunteers and caring residents.
Animal rights activists say that even in times of hardship, it is important to remain humane — and to care for those who cannot ask for help.
