This is a historic site showcasing examples of Ukrainian folk architecture. Back in 2007, the Kyiv City Council allocated the land near the museum and Feofaniya for development. Now, residential complexes are being planned. If construction begins, the landscape will change dramatically — traditional villages and fields may be replaced by concrete blocks.
Whether this gets the green light will be up to the court. We’re watching closely.
